Job Description

• We are hiring an Email Marketing Associate to support the execution of email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
• You will work closely with senior team members to assist in campaign planning, content creation, implementation, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

As an Email Marketing Associate, you will do the following:

• Create and execute email campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Grow, segment, and manage email lists for highly targeted campaigns.
• Proofread and format email content, ensuring responsiveness and mobile-friendly layouts.
• Enhance email templates with graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Analyze campaign data and report key performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Education + Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in email or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with email platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• Basic copywriting and content editing skills.
• Exposure to HTML, CMS, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
