Responsibilities
- Design and execute bold, multi-channel marketing strategies that grow both sides of our marketplace.
- Build eye-catching social media campaigns that turn heads and drive action.
- Craft messaging that speaks directly to students, job seekers, and businesses.
- Launch on-campus activations, influencer partnerships, and local events to keep SHUB Connect top of mind.
- Oversee lead generation and conversion funnels to drive sign-ups and app downloads.
- Analyze data like a pro, learn what works, and make it even better.
- Engage extensively with Sales and Operations teams to ensure one clear, unified message.
- Create marketing materials that sell our vision: presentations, flyers, social ads, and more.
- Manage and grow our vibrant social media communities.
- Secure partnership opportunities with universities, businesses, and youth communities.
- Stay plugged in to the latest gig economy and marketing trends, always be innovating.
- Support employer outreach campaigns to build trust and drive demand.
- Plan and execute local events or webinars to strengthen community engagement.
Education + Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher qualification in Marketing or relevant field
- 5+ years in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand management.
- Excellent communicator with strong writing and verbal skills in English Language.
- Proven ability to run effective social media campaigns.
- Comfortable using data to make smart marketing decisions.
- Experience marketing to youth, students, entry-level job seekers.
- Background in recruitment, HR tech, or gig work platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs.
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- A track record of hitting growth goals or lead targets.
- Deep understanding of Nigeria’s employment landscape and local culture.
- Ability to work under minimum or zero supervision

- The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Marketing field with an evidence track record, must live in Ibadan or willing to relocate and can report to the head office at least Monday - Friday.
