Job Description
Leah Heights Enterprises is a leading producer of high-quality bottled and sachet water, committed to delivering safe, refreshing, and affordable drinking water to our customers. We are currently seeking a qualified and results-driven Production Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee all aspects of our production operations.
The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all production activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing of our bottled and sachet water products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Responsibilities
Supervise and train production staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, health, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure proper functioning of machines and equipment.
Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain product quality and consistency.
Prepare and submit production reports to management
Education + Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience. An experience in water production or beverage manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent knowledge of production processes and equipment maintenance.

Good understanding of quality and safety standards in the water production industry.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and production management software is an added advantage.
