Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented professional who is passionate about socio-economic development through agricultural and Agro-allied investments.

Day-to-day management of cultivation and equipment.

Supervising department heads.

Manage the farm's finances

Ensure compliance with regulations,

Implement sustainable farming techniques and modern agricultural technologies

Collaborate with R&D to improve crop yields.

Education + Experience

Bachelor's degree in agriculture (Master's preferred) and a minimum of IO years of progressive leadership experience in commercial farming, with at least five years in a general management position.

A proven track record of managing large-scale farms (over 500 hectares),

Strong business skills including budgeting and strategic planning, and knowledge of modern agricultural practices and technology.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with Nigerian and West African agricultural policies, climates, and challenges.
