Genesis Group is a wholly Nigerian owned Catering, Hospitality & Entertainment Conglomerate with business interest in Hotels, Restaurants, Cinemas, Shopping Malls, Real Estate Development, Outdoor Catering, Industrial Catering & Housekeeping Management, and Food Production.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager, based in Owerri.

The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role involves coordinating with different departments, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and driving business growth. Additionally, the Business Manager will be responsible for mentoring staff and fostering a positive work environment.

Education + Experience

Proven experience in Business Management, Strategy Development, and Budget Management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in financial analysis and report preparation

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Prior experience in the hospitality or retail industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
