- We're seeking a highly skilled and fashion-forward Customer Service Representative to join our team! As the face of our company, you'll provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and building brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Handle orders efficiently
- Provide product information, styling advice, and trend recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and company initiatives
Education + Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fashion industry knowledge (desirable)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Content creation ability is an added advantage
- The ability to speak and understand Yoruba fluently is a MUST.
